SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return. After that period, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging, properly protected to prevent tears or creasing.

Personalised or made-to-order products are excluded from returns by their nature. Original one-of-a-kind works are also non-returnable for security reasons; however, if a piece arrives damaged in transit, write to us —sending photographs of the parcel on arrival and the condition of the work— and we'll resolve it.

To process any return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 2 to 3 days.

If you don't see the refund yet, check your account first, then contact your bank or card provider, as it can take a few days to appear. If you've done all this and it still hasn't shown up, write to us at elespaciopermanente@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, write to us at elespaciopermanente@gmail.com and we'll tell you how to proceed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time. If the item is out of stock, we'll refund the full purchase amount.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount.

For returns valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance: we cannot guarantee receipt of returns lost in transit.

Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Orders to mainland Spain ship free. For all other destinations, the cost is calculated automatically when you add your address at checkout, based on zone and order weight. If you'd like a precise estimate beforehand, write to us and we'll give you the exact amount.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import charges in the destination country, payable by the buyer.

Estimated delivery times

Spain: 2–7 working days. Europe: 4–10 working days. Rest of the world: [fill in your estimate, roughly 7–20 days depending on country]. Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The maximum delivery time, barring force majeure, is 30 calendar days from the date of order.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully protected —tissue paper, moisture protection and rigid packaging— so it arrives in perfect condition. If you're in Madrid, you can also collect your order in person; write to us to arrange it.

Payment methods

We accept Bizum, card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX), PayPal and bank transfer. All cards are validated to ensure security and prevent fraud.
