This beautiful print belongs to the Minis Collection, four pieces created from the original acrylic/linen series "Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner".


 
 Baby Panda holds a branch. His body is cobalt blue and creamy white. He sits in his steely-blue corner, his dark shadow cast by the walls. The sidelight defines every shape. The shadow projects forward and backward simultaneously. An impossible space.


 The prints have been designed to work both individually, or as a set in 13x18 cm format; they are not simple reproductions of the works on canvas.

 The original works in this series are hand-painted in acrylic on Belgian linen. The work explores how light constructs three-dimensional spaces on a flat surface. Canvases with painted edges.
